Bay Medical Diabetes Center offers a comprehensive education and counseling program for individuals with diabetes. The Center is based on the philosophy that medical supervision, along with education in the areas of self-care management, nutrition, exercise, medication, and developing a positive attitude are important components in the successful treatment of diabetes.
Bay Medical Diabetes Center Outpatient Program provides group and individual sessions carefully tailored to your personal needs. These sessions can help you learn how to control your diabetes. You will also learn and practice new skills to cope with diabetes while maintaining a nearly normal lifestyle. A detailed summary of each visit is sent to your physician so your new skills and knowledge can be considered in your continuing health care plan.

Bay Medical Diabetes Center Free Glucose Screenings
Bay Medical Diabetes Center offers free diabetes screenings every other month from 9 AM to 12 Noon. These screenings are held at the Bay Medical Diagnostic Center on the corner of Highway 77 and Baldwin Road.
