AIKIDO
A modern Japanese martial art working on defensive moves, stamina, flexibility and releasing stress. No competition.
BELLY DANCING
BEGINNERS - Basic Belly dancing moves & drills, No experience necessary, any woman between the ages of 15 & 100, any shape, any size. This class will strengthen & energize you body and place a smile on your face!
INTERMEDIATE – advanced moves & choreography incorporating cabaret, tribal and drum.
ADVANCED – attendance for this class is by the instructors permission only.
COMPLETE SOLUTION
improve your strength, balance, coordination, aerobic fitness and burn fat all at the same time! This class uses a variety of exercises, low impact, step, and weights to give you a “complete” workout. ALL fitness levels
DANCE FOR FITNESS
No Experience Necessary. Come for the fun while learning the basic Line Dancing Steps. Recommended for ALL fitness levels.
FIT & FLOW
30 minutes step followed by 30 minutes of core work. ALL fitness levels

Low impact class designed for the young at heart or those wanting a workout less stressful to the joints. ALL fitness levels.
FITNESS FUN
low-impact aerobics; focuses on cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength & endurance, flexibility, coordination & balance. ALL fitness levels.
FUN & FUNCTIONAL
muscular conditioning, along with exercises to stretch your body & give you more endurance to enjoy work & play.
Recommended for ALL fitness levels.
PILATES MAT WORK
Mat Work Techniques - Pilates based program that will systematically exercise all the muscle groups in the body, the weak as well as the strong. Combining the focus of suppleness and strength, creating the balance and poise involved in the maintenance of a healthy body. Recommended for ALL fitness levels.
PILATES FUNDAMENTALS
Learn proper Alignment, Body Awareness, and the Introductory Moves to Pilates before beginning the traditional mat work class. Recommended for ALL fitness levels. Use of the Balls will be incorporated in the Wednesday class.
PRENATAL YOGA & PILATES
breathing & deep relaxation techniques; toning of muscles to help in childbirth; increased flexibility, stamina & improved balance & posture. Physician approval is required to attend this class.
STEP
This class contains step patterns and combinations using an elevated platform to target the cardiovascular system. Recommended for INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED fitness levels. 60-minutes
XTREME STEP
This class will incorporate the use of multiple benches. Recommended for INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED fitness levels.
STRENGTH TRAINING
working with weights, tubing, and balls for muscle toning and body sculpting. Recommended for ALL fitness levels.
YOGA
Hatha based method - work of the postures are stimulating, calming, energizing, building stamina, strength, and concentration, giving you the energy to lead life fully and with enjoyment. Intermediate classes will include an introduction to inverted poses.
ZUMBA
hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Recommended for ALL fitness levels.
