Bay Medical has earned national recognition for quality heart services, consistently rating number one in Northwest Florida. Bay Medical is also nationally accredited by The Joint Commission as a Center of Excellence in the treatment of heart attack, stroke and heart failure.
As the area’s only comprehensive heart center, Bay Medical offers a full range of cardiac care, from open-heart surgery to a dedicated cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU). The cardiac care program includes an extensive cardiac catheterization lab equipped to perform catheterizations, angioplasties and electrophysiology testing and treatment.
