County Commission Approves Nominees To Bay Medical Board Of Trustees

Panama City, FL - The Bay County Commission has approved the nomination of Floyd Skinner and the re-nomination of Jimmy Barr to the Bay Medical Board of Trustees effective December 1, 2003.
Floyd Skinner has been a resident of Panama City Beach since 1986 where his company, Skinner Tax Consulting, is located. Mr. Skinner holds an accounting degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. He is married to local author Gloria Dale Skinner and has two children, Charla Skinner Perdue and Cameron Skinner, and three grandchildren. Skinner will serve his first term on the Bay Medical Board of Trustees having previously served as President of the Board of the Bay Medical Foundation. He is also a past board member of the local Salvation Army Advisory Board and the local American Heart Association board.
Jimmy Barr, a corporate attorney at Peoples First, will serve his second consecutive four-year term on the board.
