Patients & Visitors

Welcome to the Bay Medical Sacred Heart campus. It is our privilege to have you as a patient/visitor and we hope all your expectations will be met during your hospital stay or visit to our facility.

When we think about your needs, we think about our own family members, and what their needs/questions might be when visiting the hospital. The tabs on the right provide basic information about such things as dining on site, hotels in the area, pre-registration for surgery, and how to contact the correct department. If you don’t find what you are looking for, please call our operators at (850) 769-1511.

Hospitals can be large and intimidating places, so we continue to increase our emphasis on wayfinding by adding new interior and exterior signage and instructing all our staff on assisting you on your journey.  If you are unsure where you need to be, please ask any team member, easily identifiable by an employee badge. We are happy to escort you to the correct location and answer any questions we can.

Several of our main entrances are also staffed with volunteers, ready to assist. Hospital maps are also located at the front desk of the main entrance on Sixth Street and the Women’s and Children’s entrance on Bonita Avenue.

When you are calling to make an appointment with a physician or for outpatient or other services, be sure and ask for the location of the department so you can park in an area closest to where you are going. Please take advantage of our valet parking at three entrances. (See parking information on the tab to the right.)

We want you to have the very best experience possible while at Bay Medical Sacred Heart, as we continue to strive to be your healthcare leader of choice in the community.
